We have an issue with slow login - particularly the first login that can take up to 7 minutes with a full domain login,
I've taken two traces - one with a local login (taking in excess of 3 minutes)

- machine booted and then logged in locally with a new local account
- As the local account didn't have admin rights, the admin account was then logged in
- subsequent boots were with the same local account / admin account
The second trace is with a domain login

- machine booted then logged in with a domain account that hadn't been previously cached on the machine
- again the user account did not have admin rights so it was then signed out and logged in with the admin to allow the capture process to proceed.
Can anyone give me some articles / guidance that will help analyse these logs?
